Chef Jeff Caruso
Jeff Caruso is currently Executive Chef at Simply Italian Eatery. Prior to his current position He was Executive Chef / Catering Directing for Nino Salvaggio International Market Place (2007-2009) He was responsible for specializing in customer trends and execution of marketing strategies to increase overall sales. This includes creating exciting and innovated recipes from around the world and offering prepared foods to customers this position he also oversaw food preparation, staff training and all aspects of food handling and preparation along with daily financial accountability.
From 2004-2005 Jeff was General Manager and Franchisee for K-Bobs Steakhouse a multi unit casual dining concept. In this position his main job function was restaurant operations and development. Before joining K-Bobs he was Executive Chef / Chef Trainer of Morton's The Steakhouse (2000-2004).
Chef Jeff Caruso has over 20 years in the food service industry and has done numerous television food and recipes segments along with several published food articles.
